Gotta say Apple Cider vinegar and honey works really well. I feel tons better. The only thing left is the chest congestion. I mean...I'm not sure even that nasty vinegar can get the gunk out of my lungs for me.
Anyhow, anyone wondering, just two tablespoons applce cider vinegar, a BUTT TON of honey and a bit of warm water. They recommended 8oz of water, but that was SO hard to drink. I just put it all in a tiny cup and shot it.
